the Sint Maarten Timeshare Owners Association or SXMTSOA, our website is full of information on
how we intend to clean up the timeshare industry in Sint Maarten, promote a "Code of Ethics" and promote
Timeshare Consumer Legislation for SXM.

It appears so many resorts everywhere violate the agreements that the leaseholders or owners depend on
to maintain their respective resorts. Most of the owners can not keep up with the payments each and every year, especially this past year many of the owners have resorted to either just giving up, renting or selling their units.  So we have put together a FREE website to sell or rent timeshares or vacation properties.
